Who we are.

Expo Alfombra Iran is a carpet store that opened its doors in 1973 by A. Sayari and is currently a classic in the trade of Persian, oriental and modern carpets in Barcelona.

Located since then in the same location, the corner of Calvet and Laforja streets, and with 40 consecutive years in operation , it is, today, the largest carpet sales center in Barcelona. We have the widest range of Persian, oriental and modern rugs and kilims in Barcelona. In addition to our specialization in oriental rugs we have a wide assortment of modern and designer rugs, also offering you the possibility of manufacturing custom rugs in any design and size you want, see section “Custom and custom rugs”. (see “Our Services”) Our philosophy or way of understanding this activity is not to limit ourselves only to selling a rug but to offer an added value that is the service. We understand that this is a product with which the general public is not familiar and therefore we wish to serve as a point of advice and consultation. The secret to success is to feel good about what you do and treat the customer as you would like to be treated. Simple.
